Registration Mechanics:

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS:
- Log on to https://www.napwc-famrun.com and click register now button.
- Tick the Data Protection Policy
- Input the required details on the registration fields.
- Choose your race category, if opted to deliver, there will be a P175 service and delivery charge.
- Shirt sizes are in XS, Small, Medium, Large and 2 XL, please refer to singlet size chart.
- Please make your payment thru Gcash and upload the copy of your payment receipt.
- Review and complete your registration. Check if all details are correct.
- Wait for the confirmation Process.

2. What are the race categories , inclusions and How much is the registration fee?

3. When will be the race?
Race/Event Date: March 1, 2025 ; 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM
4. Where is the Start/ assembly area?
Start Line Venue: Parking Lot QC Wildlife Park
5. Is the Race within and outside the Wildlife Park?
Race route: Inside QC Wildlife Park
6. How much is the registration fee?
Registration Fee:
- 6K – PHP 500
- 4K – PHP 400
- 2K – PHP 300
7. Can we register as a family?
This is a Family run, but will require individual registration. Minors will be registered by an adult.
There will be a liability waiver for the minor aside from the attached waiver.
8. Is this a regular run with speed and distance competition?
THIS EVENT IS A NON-COMPETITIVE EVENT. Passports will be provided for each participant to be stamped upon their visit to different stations.
9. What are the stations that we need to visit?
Participants will play, explore the different stations within the route.
- Station 1 : Girlie Station
- Station 2 : Forest Bathing Station
- Station 3 : Nature’s Photo Booth Station
- Station 4 : Bird Watching Station
- Station 5 : Art in the Park
- Station 6 : Bubble Photo Station
10. What do we need to bring to check, play at the stations?
Passports will be provided for each participant to be stamped at designated destinations inside the park.
11. May we know the timeslot/time frame for each race category?
Since this is not a competitive run ,the schedule for each race category will be as follows:
- 6K – 5:00-6:00 AM
- 4K – 6:00-7:00 AM
- 2K – 7:00-8:00 AM
12. What time do we need to be in the venue?
Participants must arrive 20 minutes before their intended run schedule for them to be allowed to enter the park.
13. Is there any parking area within the venue?
Designated parking and waiting area will be announced one week prior to the fun run event.
14. Where do we store our baggage?
There will be a Baggage Counter for the participants that they can leave their baggages.
15. What do we get after completion of the race?
Finisher’s Medal will be given to 2k and 4k runners, while 6k runners will receive Finishers Medals and a finisher’s shirt
16. Is there any drinking water in the area?
Water is available at Hydration and medical aid stations. We encourage you to bring your drinking bottles, as we promote sustainability.
17. Are there any parking areas near the venue?
Parking areas will be available at Q. City Circle and Q. City Hall.
18. What if I forgot my race bib and singlet?
Please wear your Race bibs at all times, we follow “ No Race Bib ,No Entry Policy”.

Run Mechanics
- This run is open to families with kids 6 years old and above.
- We encouraged to bring your drinking bottles, as we promote sustainability.
- Participants are requested to be at the assembly area,20 mins. Before the gun start.
- Participants will be grouped based on race category and shall be given their own respective time, one hour each to finish the 6 stations.
- 6 km – 3 loops get your 2 loop cord for every completed loop
- 4 km – 2 loops get your 1 loop cord for every completed loop.
- 2 km – no cord for one round /loop.
- Each participant will be given a passport which will be stamped at designated Stations
- Participants are advised to get all stamps.
- During the run, participants must observe proper decorum.
- This event is not a race, there will be control marshals who shall maintain the pace. Participants are advised to spend time in each station inside Wildlife Park.
- There are hydration stations and medical stations along the route and at the activity area. Participants are advised to drink to avoid dehydration and in case of emergency , call the attention of our medical staff within the route.
- Participants are advised to always wear their bib. You may not enter the Wildlife Park if you do not have a fun run bib. Security marshals will be checking this at all entrance and exit points.
- Participants are advised to join and participate at the activity stations along the course.
- No pushing or shoving while on the run. Some areas have narrow paths, to avoid accidents participants will be advised to slow down.
- Participants may run or walk at the course.
- Strictly no bringing of pets inside the Wildlife Park and while on the run.
